Mild Steel Tig

What should a Tig welder’s wage be?!?

Hi, my question is how much do you think I should be on?
I’m a fully qualified welder fabricator, in my work place we deal mostly with domestic work, but we really do all sorts there.
My roll, general fabrication, tig welding stainless, mild steel, aluminium, titanium, copper and zinc coated metal in different thicknesses and joints. Mig welding stainless, mild and alum, same with stick/mma welding, I also do some gas and brazing.
Thing is I’ve been with this company for over 6 years including my apprenticeship there, but I’m on a lot less than the other welders there and in other companies.

$15- $24 (US) per hour at least where I live. I’d guess that’s around £8- £15 per hour considering the UK has a higher general cost of living.
